Vintage enamel stylized hamsa from Morocco.

Length: A little over 2.25 inches
Width: 2-3/8 inches
Embellishments:  Yellow and green enamel with just a touch of orange, large red glass jewel

Attachment:  Tunnel through top of pendant for stringing.
There are three bales at the bottom of this pendant to attach small dangles if you wish. 
There is a dent along the back of the pendant, but it cannot be seen from the front.  

Vintage Berber (Amazigh) stylized hamsa pendant from Morocco.  The hamsa, or Hand of Fatima, is considered a strong symbol of protection, power and strength. About 2.25 inches top to bottom and 2-3/8 inches wide.  Yellow and green enamel and just a few spots of orange enamel embellish the front of this pendant, along with a large red glass jewel.  Tunnel along the top of the pendant for stringing or attaching to costuming.  There are three bales along the bottom  and two on the front where small coins or other dangles could be attached.  

The Berber people, or Amazigh as they call themselves are an ethnic group of several nations indigenous mostly to North Africa and in some northern parts of Western Africa -  Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Mauritania, northern Mali, northern Niger, and a small part of western Egypt.
