This belt is made from large Persian coins strung in a double row on braided cord with lots of dangles and colorful poms. The cord is one continuous piece, but this could easily be undone and the belt could be made to tie, or a button could be added. Likewise, the entire piece could be added to a belt base. Coins/decorated section is about 20 inches long and is about 4 inches wide from top poms to bottom of dangles. Total length of top cord is about 45 inches. I'm often told that these are indeed belts, but my personal feeling on this is that they are animal decorations. Strung in an arc so would fit nicely around hips!
