This is a beatifully made Tekke Turkoman bilezek cuff with deep ruby red glass jewels, applied stamped silver plaques and wirework typical of Tekke silvermsiths.

Finely crafted in traditional style.  Tapered for a comfortable fit.  The inner circumference is 6.25 inches at the wrist/smaller end and 6.75 inches at the forearm/larger end including the gap.  The gap is 1 to 1-1/8 inches.  3.5 inches long.  These cuffs are not generally adjustable.  The metal on this one feels a bit springy however and may be adjustable up to a point. 

This cuff is comprised of two grades of silver.  The top sheet, plaques, wirework, bands and claws have tested at sterling grade silver.  The inner lining sheet has tested at 60% silver.  It weighs a little over 161 grams (5.7 ounces).

Estimated to be about 75 years old.  Glass cabochons are worn on the surface but are not cracked or broken.  Overall condition is good to excellent.  An lovely addition to any collection.
