Old Rajasthani arm cuff in sterling grade silver.  This is a traditional arm cuff made of separate silver pieces strung together with cord and attached with a knot and loop.  You can see these in many photos of Rajasthani women resplendant in all their silver jewelry. 

The knot and loop are newer and all cord is in good condition.  The silver is old and has been worn smooth over the years.  There are two hallmarks, one on each end, in what looks like Hindi.  About 2.25 inches wide.  The approximate inner circumference is 8.25 although it is hard to measure this piece.  For a very slim arm, it may work as an upper arm band, but could definitely be used as a forearm cuff.  If you dare, the knot and loop pieces could be removed and replaced with ties, or another form of attachment long enough to wrap the upper arm. 

This piece is quite heavy and in very good condition.  Approximate age is 50 to 100 years.
